Notes of apple, gooseberry, guava and sweet melon on the nose lead to a complex and lees tones on the palate. The palate is straightforward and tropical but the finish shows solid mineral qualities and a lovely long finish. A wine that is drinking well now but also has aging potential. Perfect on its own or seafood. This is a delightful wine to pair with shellfish.
