Following a decade as cellar master at Eikendal Vineyards in Stellenbosch, he now focuses exclusively on cool-climate wines with natural acidity, freshness, purity and great ageing potential.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wines come from the Elgin Valley on the Cape South Coast, 40 miles southeast of Cape Town and just 8 miles from the Atlantic Ocean.
