Opened this bottle to share with my friends yesterday. I would say the tannins are mildly powerful in the initial stage. Put aside and let it breadth. After an hour plus, it start to opened up beautifully. Strong aroma of berries, oak, plums, dry, a bit sweet bitterness, good structure, quite well balanced, and nice long finishing. When the 45 days aged Aussie Grain Fed Black Angus OP steak arrived, it pairs very well.
