TASTING NOTES
Crisp, light gold in colour with aromas of lemon zest, chamomile, and delicate yeast notes, this elegant sparkling wine displays flavours of almond and white pear alongside great natural acidity and distinct minerality.
Produced in a traditional Champenoise method, this Blanc de Blancs had 4 years' yeast contact before disgorgement in 2021.
