65% Riesling, 18% Chardonnay, 16% Viognier, 1% Sauvignon Blanc
The Blanc De Mer is a cool climate white blend that makes a perfect partner to fish, shellfish and white meats. Flowery aromas from the dominant Riesling component is followed by hints of quince, apricot and almonds on the palate. The richness of Viognier is countered by the Riesling's acidity and the Chardonnay's structure, followed by honeyed white fruit, lime and cape gooseberry flavors.
