Noble Hill Winery
Noble Hill's wines are grown on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains in South Africa, an area which has produced South Africa's finest wines for more than 300 years. They believe in making wine with pride, provenance and humility in craftsmanship. Their wines are fruitful, structured, elegant, and above all authentic to their origin.
In 2021, Noble Hill completed their second harvest certified in organic conversion. They continue to focus holistically on balance and elegance in their wines, with their rosé, Blanc de Blancs, and Estate Reserve Red earning accolades from wine critics year-on-year. Tim Atkin MW consistently rates their Mourvedre Rosé among South Africa's Top 10 rosés.
