Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns, refunds and exchanges only if you received the wrong product in your package or if there was a breakage during delivery and you received damaged goods.

We highly recommend that you immediately inspect the goods delivered to you to ensure that you have received the correct items, that they match your order, and they are intact. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your wine if there are any discrepancies with your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as photo proof of breakage during delivery (if applicable).

We will either offer you a refund or a product exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days; or in the form of store credit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
