DISCOUNTS & SALE PERIOD
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Discount vouchers from our Rewards Program is not applicable during sale periods where the special offers are automatically applied at check-out.
There are no extensions to our discounts and sale period once the offer has expired, or the sale period has ended.
Discounts will also not be applied retroactively to any order placed prior to the start of the offer or sale period.
If required, please ensure that the discount code is entered at check-out. Should the discount code be missed, we do not issue refunds or store credits for the value of the discount once the order has been completed.
Sale runs for the duration of the stated sale period or while stocks last.
Our delivery policies apply during sale periods. We offer free delivery on all orders over S$250. Our delivery fee is S$15 for orders of S$250 or below.
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your order being placed. However, during sale periods, there might be slight delays due to high fulfillment volume.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on items sold on special sale or discounted promotion, unless a breakage has occurred during delivery. Please review our standard policies on returns & refunds.
