TBC is a straight, single-vineyard Viognier. It is non-vintage which means that all the wine in the bottle is not from the same vintage. Winemaker Pieter Walser picked the vineyard in two sections in 2021 - the first picking on a relatively low sugar and a second picking as a riper component. A combination of the two pickings make up 50% of the blend and were aged for 2 years in older French Oak barrels. The other 50% of the wine was an early picking of the same vineyard the following year (2022) which spent one year in barrel.
On the nose, this wine has aromas of peach, flowers, fenugreek and hints of wax. It is a full-bodied Viognier with high freshness, balance and complexity, and a close cousin to a Condrieu Viognier.

We deliver from Monday to Friday between 12PM - 7PM. There are no deliveries on weekends.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp message to check timings, to ensure that someone of legal age is available to receive your order at your delivery address, or to seek your confirmation that our driver can leave the package at your door if no one is at home to receive the goods.
In the event of a repeat delivery, an additional S$20 delivery fee will be charged.

If you are ordering less than our minimum value for free delivery (above $250) and would like to arrange self-collection, you can collect your order from our warehouse from 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday. Our warehouse is located at:
