Six years ago, Wine To Share set out to bring South Africa's most distinctive wines to Singapore — and there's no grape more South African than Pinotage. Born in Stellenbosch in 1925, it's the country's own invention: part Pinot Noir elegance, part Cinsault structure, built for a climate and a cuisine all its own.
