TASTING NOTES
100% Syrah
This is a powerful and aromatic wine that is assertive yet delicate and refined. It has distinct flavours of blackberry and raspberry, just slightly off-dry, complemented by a hint of rich dark chocolate and notes of cracked black and white pepper. This is a generously structured wine with ripe tannins that promises further integration and complexity, and will develop wonderfully for up to 10 years under optimal cellar conditions. This wine is delightful on its own or with full-flavoured dishes.
