TASTING NOTES
58% Cabernet Franc, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon
This luxurious wine has earthy, mineral aromas with some herbal freshness. It has creamy crushed raspberry and cherry, and notes of violet on the nose. On the palate, it is elegant yet powerful with dense, silky tannins and concentrated plush red fruit, tobacco leaf and some graphite. This is a wonderful expression of a Bordeaux styled blend from an excellent vintage.
OTV stands for O T Venter, father and mentor of Uva Mira Vineyard's owner.
