TASTING NOTES
The wine is named after the part of your brain where conscious decisions are made. And according to winemaker Pieter Walser this is the best white blend from his cellar according to his conscious mind.
Pale golden colour with silver highlights, this semi-aromatic wine with very delicate notes of white blossom, lemon, peach and yellow stone fruit, is slightly underripe exotic on the nose. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with good acidity, and a slightly waxy texture. Flavours of beeswax, tangerine, pear and waxed lemon are supported by stony minerality.
