Delicate petticoat-pink coloured, this rosé is exquisitely perfumed with aromas of rose and sun-kissed berries. Elegant yet playful on the palate, it has flavours of lush ripe raspberry, laced with hints of dried apple, white pepper and a hint of honey. This wine has crisp acidity and savoury minerality characteristic of a cool-climate, maritime wine.
