Creative Block 3 is part of Spier's most awarded range of blends made with 2, 3 or 5 varietals from specially selected vineyard blocks.
Perfumed notes of violets, black cherry and mulberry followed by spicy flavours of black pepper and fennel. The silky mid-palate is vibrant, exuding a fruity richness thanks to the dense tannins.
Serve with smoked pork belly or a mild Indian-style vegetable curry.
