TASTING NOTES
The wine shows tropical fruit intensity from Chenin Blanc and ends in a lingering citrus finish, contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc, while the Semillon provides structure to complete the blend. Already in the bottle for over 10 years, this wine still shows remarkable freshness and acidity, and will still be in great shape up to 2030.
