TASTING NOTES
100% Semillon
Naturally-fermented in new and older oak at Wildeberg's Franschhoek farm, there is very little magic involved in winemaking other than the fruit itself, being 100% ancient bush-vine Semillon, among the oldest planted in the Cape. The palate has impactful flavours of bright citrus tang and has a terrific mouthfeel and a layered finish.
