TASTING NOTES
This is a very drinkable wine with stunning black fruit, cedar, graphite and sweet peppery spice and a hint of meatiness on the nose. The fruit is ripe on the palate but but has a gentle hint of green and savoury meaty note and just enough tannins.
This vintage has a blend of 7 Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, with a splash of Cabernet Franc.
