TASTING NOTES
Seelug is the maiden release of a single-vineyard Chardonnay from Pieter Walser’s BLANKbottle Winery. Just 2,500 bottles were produced, from four rows of a single-vineyard. Picked exclusively by hand, this is a wine with elegance and energy, freshness and bright acidity. It has notes of honey, fresh dough and lemon butter, and a fresh, zesty finish. The new oak is fully integrated into the wine, and there's a lovely and distinctive saline character from the vineyard being one that faces False Bay.
