TASTING NOTES
The Bomb uses grapes from the farms along the Blaauwklippen Road and is the densest and most tannic of BLANKbottle's Bordeaux style red blends. Chewy, compact and full-bodied it pairs fynbos and dried herb aromas with a palate of damson, cassis and fig complemented by 38% new oak.
