TASTING NOTES
This is an old bush vine, single-vineyard Chenin Blanc from the Swartland, and named after a rave party in Cape Town called 'Ultra'. Pure and layered with complexity, this wine has flavours of quince, passion fruit, white stone fruit and chalky aromatics. It is textured and fresh, and with a deliciously long finish.
