100% Chenin Blanc
Baked apple, lemon curd, honey, and ripe peach aromatics lead into an equally copious palate, with apricots, kumquats, and lime peel keenly expressive. That layered and dense core of fruit is balanced by freshness on the nose that is beautifully kelpy and briny, akin to sea spray. Tension and richness are expertly balanced.
This wine is delicious on its own or paired with creamy, earthy white rind cheeses like Brie. This is drinking well now through to 2030.
