TASTING NOTES
100% Syrah
The nose is complex, showing purple flowers, sour figs, dark chocolate and wet earth. Crushed fruits, including blueberry and black cherry, lead on the palate before black olives, cloves, salted liquorice and cured meats. Powdery tannins, fresh acidity and a density of fruit make this a more serious but no less juicy and smashable vintage.
The Whole Bunch Syrah forms part of the Projects Range. These are wines you can get geeky about - interesting, small runs, slightly quirky, but always delicious!
