TASTING NOTES
50% Syrah, 50% Mourvèdre
This is an elegant dry Provence style Rose is made from the best parcels of Syrah and Mourvèdre on the Lievland Vineyards. These Vineyard blocks have been intentionally cultivated for the purpose of making premium estate Rose.
Pretty pale Salmon in hue. Pomegranate, red current and cranberry notes on the nose, following through to the palate with lively raspberry and glazed cherry red fruit with hints of lemon peel. The palate is finely layered with a crisp and lingering finish. Extended lees contact gives the wine added texture and richness.
