TASTING NOTES
Pale straw with glints of green, this white blend has aromas of orange blossom, peach and apricot. On the palate, it has concentrated flavours of white peaches, and green plums, a broad and lean mid-palate and a citrus finish with a hint of salinity.
The name 'Saboteur' means 'to sabotage'. This wine is irreverent in its blend and its cap closure, and therefore a tribute to those who break the rules and defy the status quo, the 'Saboteur'.
