TASTING NOTES
100% Chenin Blanc
The nose of this elegant wine has aromas of yellow stone fruit and lime. The palate has a creamy texture, lifted by a zesty acidity, and subtle notes of elderflower, coriander spice, and flinty undertones. This wine has an ageing potential of 10–20 years, and will show optimally if decanted when drunk within the first 3 years after bottling. Its optimal drinking window is between 2020-2027.
